  • 60% Chardonnay
  • 40% Pinot Noir
Colour  : silvery glints, extremely fine bubbles.
Nose   : brioche and lemon, « very nice nose ».
Mouth: soft, melted.
Final: fresh and mineral.

Mature Champagne, requires a special time to enjoy it.

Colour  : bright yellow, very fine and regular bubbles.
Nose   : delicate, very floral and mineral.
Taste: white fruits, white peach, apple.
